Genesee County Master Gardeners

The Genesee County Master Gardeners, affiliated with the Cornell Cooperative Extension, established and supports the Batavia seed library which provides the Genesee County region with a free supply of seeds that are available for food sustainability, sharing, gardening as a hobby, and they also offer educational materials.

Seed libraries provide important physical and informational resources so that members of the community can learn and practice in growing their own food.
