Black Knight Tat Soi
An ancient Chinese green of the brassica family, with dark green spoon-shaped leaves. Black Knight is hardy to frost and makes a great cool-season plant. Harvest baby leaves or wait until the plant matures for stronger leaves that hold up well in stir-fries.
Black Knight Tat Soi can be grown in spring or fall. Start plants indoors under light or sow directly into the garden. Plant in fertile, well-draining soil and keep consistently moist. Harvest the entire head at once or individual leaves from the outside for a prolonged harvest.
