Blanket Flower

Sun-loving perennial native to the North American plains. Blanket flower is tough and low maintenance. Fiery red and yellow flowers have a long bloom time extending until the first frost. Deer and rabbit resistant.

Start early indoors with plenty of light and heat for transplanting when all danger of frost has passed. Barely cover with soil; blanket flower seeds need light for germination. If sowing directly, rake lightly into prepared beds with loose soil.
