Savoy Perfection Cabbage
Crinkly “savoyed” leaves give this 6-8 lb heirloom its name. Savoy Perfection does not give off a sulfur odor when cooked, and tastes even sweeter when harvested after the first frost.
Sow indoors in cell flats 6-8 weeks before last frost date. Keep temperature above 75° until germination. Transplant seedlings outdoors 2-4 weeks before last frost date. Cabbage prefers cooler growing temperatures and may sunburn in hot weather.
