Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership in an organization based out of Idaho Falls. Their mission is to empower at-risk individuals and families and aid in meeting their basic needs, increasing their independence through support and education. There is a Head Start Program, Energy Assistance and 3 Food Pantries.

The food pantries are remote, in an economically depressed area. The 200 clients a month that are served benefit from resources and information on growing their own food.
