Planet Peace Affiliates is dedicated to helping youth reduce stress while cultivating confidence and compassion. They accomplish this by providing life-changing experiences with farm animals and activities. Programs instill a sense of purpose, responsibility, community, and recognition while introducing youth to the virtues and actions that lead to peace.
They have a large community garden (approx. 1/2 acre) that provides a safe space for youth to help plant and harvest. They educate youth and their families on sustainable gardening practices, and participate in the Plant-a-Row for the Hungry program.
