Community Bridges/Nueva Vista Community Resources

Community Bridges/Nueva Vista Community Resources is part of a collective of four family resource centers that provide programming for youth, family support including counseling, parenting classes, linkage to services and benefits, and run food pantries.
The community center is located in a working class and under-resourced neighborhood primarily compromised of Latine residents. They recently acquired a plot in the community garden to use as a teaching and learning garden for youth and their families, and to supplement their food pantry.
