This variety of Broccoli, Also known as Cimi Di Rapa, rapini, or rabe, San Marzano Broccoli Raab is closely related to the turnip. This unique and delectable Italian vegetable develops tender, asparagus-like shoots topped with small florets with a mustard-like flavor.
