Also known as Blazing Star (Liatris Spicata), Gayfeather is a perennial American wildflower native to meadows and marshes. Produces 4' tall spikes of purple flower heads that bloom from the top, creating a feathery effect. Attracts native bees, hummingbirds and butterflies.
