Waltham 29 Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is an incredibly popular variety that grows blue-green, medium to large heads on on long stalks with side shoots. Growing this pretty cole crop is easy and provides color and beauty to your cool weather garden. The florets, leaves, and stems are packed with nutrition and are delicious raw or cooked.
