Nature’s Edge Therapy Center - Their mission is to provide patient care regardless of their financial status. Their patients receive therapy utilizing animal assisted, hippotherapy (the horse) and horticulture therapy on a 65 acre ranch. They utilize nature therapy to provide a wide array of sensory experiences including visual, tactile, and olfactory inputs. Their butterfly garden, herb garden, flower beds and vegetable garden provide perfect places for these experiences. Patients participate in planting, maintaining, observing and harvesting crops and produce is distributed amongst the community.
