A smaller relative of the pansy, Johnny Jump Up violets have lovely little tricolor blooms in purple, yellow, and white. Flowers are edible and make a lovely decoration for salads and baked goods. This winter-hardy cool-season annual is very easy to grow and often self-sows. Attract local pollinators to your garden.
