Utah Celery (Apium graveolens) is a crisp, string-free celery that grows large light green bunches with 12" stalks. Plant grows 24-30" tall. Harvest individual stalks or wait for the entire head to mature. This high-quality string-free variety is a favorite of commercial growers, and its compact habit makes it perfect for small spaces!
