Cherokee Purple Tomato

Cherokee Purple (Solanum lycopersicum) is an heirloom variety with large 5” tomatoes with dark skins, deep rose-colored flesh, and pockets of green in seed cavities. Complex flavor is mostly sweet with hints of smoky and acidic notes. Let the fruit ripen on the plant for the best flavor. Indeterminate but relatively short vines. Seed packet contains 100 MG (about 45 seeds).

Replacement Seeds Germinate Better

My recent order was to replace previously received year 2024 seeds that had very low germination rate. Replacement seeds germinated more seeds.
