Fresh Cranberry Salsa

A rich, red salsa with a holiday fresh flavor. Make it your own with your favorite amount of heat.

Cranberry Salsa Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

  • 1/2 cup sugar (or more to taste, depending on how tart your cranberries are)

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped, leave a few seeds if you want to make it spicy 

  • 1/2 cup cilantro

  • green onions

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • pinch of salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the salsa to macerate.

Serve with:

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese

  • crackers


This makes enough salsa to cover two blocks of cream cheese. Serve poured over cream cheese along with your favorite crackers.
