Rosa Bianca eggplant (Solanum melangena) is a 5-6" diameter round pinkish eggplant with an exceptionally mild flavor. This Italian heirloom is never bitter and has a creamy consistency prized by gourmet chefs. This variety is most productive in regions with warm nights. Eggplant is a close relative to tomatoes and potatoes and will be a prolific producer all season. Seed packet contains 400 MG (about 100 seeds).
