This variety is a perennial ground cover with soft, woolly leaves. Its silver-gray foliage and spiky purple flowers, which reach 12", add texture and contrast to the garden. This drought-tolerant plant is an excellent choice for xeriscaping and rock gardens. It's also a favorite among children due to its tactile leaves.

Seed packet contains 500mg (about 300 seeds). Large, premium seed packets give instructions on how to grow and when to plant outdoors.

Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date, or direct seed outside after all danger of frost is past. Choose a sunny location with well-drained soil. Space plants 12-18" apart. Divide every 3-4 years to maintain its vigor and prevent overcrowding.
