Chocolate Beauty Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is an early producing sweet pepper with heavy yields and a tolerance for cooler night time temperatures. Ideal for shorter growing seasons. Mature peppers develop a deep chocolate skin with rich brick-red flesh. Seed packet contains 350 MG (about 50 seeds).
Mild to medium-hot peppers are perfect for stuffing, frying and roasting in your favorite savory dishes. Large, premium seed packets give instructions on how to grow and when to plant outdoors.
Start inside in seed trays 8 weeks before transplanting. Harden off seedlings and set out after all threat of frost, ideally when night temperatures have reached 60°. Water transplants well. Only direct sow outdoors in very hot climates. Too little heat will inhibit germination and growth.
