Victoria Rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum) grows large, tender stalks that gradually fade from deep crimson to green. Victoria is a sweet, mild tasting rhubarb that is grown throughout the US. This productive variety grows up to 3 feet tall and can live for 10 years or more in colder regions. Seed packet contains 500 MG (about 40 seeds).

Rhubarb has a tart and tangy flavor that is perfect when paired with other sweeter fruits such as strawberries in pies and other desserts. Large, premium seed packets give instructions on how to grow and when to plant outdoors.

Before planting, soak seeds for 2 hours. Start inside 6-8 weeks before last frost date, or sow direct outside in late fall in warmer climates. Water evenly and harden off once plants reach 4" tall. Plant in well-drained fertile soil rich in organic matter.

Days to germination: 14-21
Planting depth: 1/4"
Plant Spacing: 36"
Soil Temperature: 60-70°
Light Requirements: Full Sun

Just trying something new.

Not much to say about the Rhubarb, I am trying to grow it for the first time. How ever sow right seeds was the first company that I found that had seed in stock. I had tried about 5-6 other companies. Every one else was out of Rhubarb or not even offering any.
