Green Globe Artichoke (Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus) is a hardy artichoke that remains productive for 5 years. Edible flower buds are green with a hint of purple and are 3-5" in diameter with thick, tasty hearts. If buds are uncut, will open into a beautiful thistle-like flower. 120 days to maturity. Seed packet contains 2 G (about 50 seeds).
