Black Eyed Cow Pea (Vigna unguiculata) are the most well-known and popular of the cowpeas. This variety is said to bring luck when eaten on New Year's Day. These useful legumes have deep roots that fix nitrogen to the soil and help the plants survive heat and drought. Versatile enough to harvest at any stage. Standard seed packet contains 13 g (about 60 seeds). Jumbo packet contains 2 oz (about 225 seeds).
