Bottle Gourd (Lagenaria siceraria) is a fun decorative gourd that has a unique bottle shape and can be used as an interesting fall decoration. Also called "birdhouse gourd" as it can provide a wonderful home for feathered neighbors after the seeds have been removed from mature gourds.

This ornamental and hardy vining plant produces hard-shelled gourds with a narrow neck and slightly bulbous end. Prized by crafters, the hard shells and hollow nature of the Bottle Gourd makes it perfect for crafting birdhouses and other holiday decor. Large, premium seed packets give instructions on how to grow and when to plant outdoors.
