Golden Midget is a cute little watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) with golden rind and salmon-colored flesh. Round fruits weigh in at 3-5 pounds apiece, perfect for storing in the icebox and taking on picnics. At only 70 days to maturity, Golden Midget is a good choice for cooler climates with fewer hot days. Seed packet contains 2 G (about 50 seeds).
