This variety of Cauliflower is an extremely reliable and high-yielding vegetable from Poland. It produces large, dense, white heads that can reach 12 inches. Unusually heat tolerant for a cauliflower, Rober performs well in variable weather conditions.

Best started indoors 4 to 6 weeks before last frost date in spring, or 12 weeks before first fall frost. Take care not to disturb roots when transplanting. Babying your cauliflower will produce the best head. Water frequently and keep them well fertilized. As heads develop, clip leaves together to keep the head snow white.
