Yellow Scallop (Cucurbita pepo) is a bush type summer squash in a sunny yellow scalloped dish shape, ideal for stuffing. Also known as patty-pan squash. Has a mild flavor and texture that is best when picked at 3" or smaller. Seed packet contains 4 G (about 35 seeds).
